Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

Do You Offer Tracking?

Yes, you will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped from our facility. This can take up to 4 days! 80% of our orders arrive 3 workdays after the order is placed.
Your order should arrive within 3 - 6 business days

My Tracking Number doesn't Work?

We fabricate our pieces 'on demand'. Fabrication can take up to 4 days depending on how many orders we receive. You'll receive your tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility. 80% of our orders arrive within 3 days.

If you have not received your tracking number 7 days after your order, contact us here and we'll gladly help you out (don't forget to mention your order number)

I Did Not Receive My Order.

Please check your tracking number to see the status of your order. If the status says delivered, but you did not receive anything, please ask your neighbors if they have received your package. If not, please contact the delivery company (find their info via tracking number) and they will have the name and signature of the person who signed for your order.

If you ordered multiple pieces, and did not receive all of them, don't worry. In rare occasions they do not arrive simultaneously. We package each canvas separately to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 95% of the time, they arrive together, but sometimes they get split up during sorting in the post office. You will probably get it the next day. Your tracking number will show that there was a partial delivery.

When Will My Order Ship?

Shipping times:
USA: 3 - 6 business days
EU: 3 - 7 business days
Canada: 3 - 7 business days

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship to the USA, Canada and the following countries in the EU: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.

If you do not live in any of those places, feel free to contact us. Keep in mind that there will most likely be additional shipping charges.

Refunds, Changes & Cancellations

Can I Change / Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can change/cancel your order up to 24 hours after ordering. Once your order is being fabricated, you cannot cancel or change it anymore.
Contact our supportwithin 24 hours after ordering. Do not forget tomention your order number when contacting our support team.

Can I Get A Refund / Return My Product?

If you don't love it, return it. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within 30 days! and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Depending on the size of the product we do reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.

Magna Canvas does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within 24 hours after receiving the returned merchandise.

To initiate a return,please contact us herewith your order number and we will let you know where to send the merchandise. We have a return address in the USA and in Europe.

Where Are Your Artworks Produced?

We have multiple production facilities spread out over the USA, Europe and Canada. Because of ecological reasons, your order will be produced by the facility closest to you.

Do You Work On Commission?

Do You Offer Bulk Pricing?

Yes, Please contact us if you are interested in buying more than 5 pieces.
