Yes, you will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped from our facility. This can take up to 4 days. Delivery generally takes as little as 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time frames are not guaranteed as we utilise third party couriers. If you are working to a deadline, please ensure you contact our support team to confirm delivery time frames.

We fabricate our pieces 'on demand'. Fabrication can take up to 4 days depending on how many orders we receive. You'll receive your tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.

If you have not received your tracking number 7 days after your order, contact us here and we'll gladly help you out (don't forget to mention your order number)

Please check your tracking number to see the status of your order. If the status says delivered, but you did not receive anything, please ask your neighbors if they have received your package. If not, please contact the delivery company (find their info via tracking number) and they will have the name and signature of the person who signed for your order.

If you ordered multiple pieces, and did not receive all of them, don't worry. In rare occasions they do not arrive simultaneously. We package each canvas separately to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 95% of the time, they arrive together, but sometimes they get split up during sorting in the post office. You will probably get it the next day. Your tracking number will show that there was a partial delivery.

Magna Canvas is located in New Zealand.

Apart from shipping locally within NZ wide. We also ship to Australia, USA, Singapore and Hong Kong.

We have local printing partners in NZ, Australia & USA where will print and ship our artwork from these locations.

Artwork to Singapore and Hong Kong is shipped from Australia.
If you do not live in any of those places, feel free to contact us. Keep in mind that there will most likely be additional shipping charges.

Yes, you can change/cancel your order up to 3 hours after ordering. Once your order is being fabricated, you cannot cancel or change it anymore.
Contact our supportwithin 3 hours after ordering. Do not forget tomention your order number when contacting our support team.

If you don't love it, return it. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within 30 days! and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Depending on the size of the product we do reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.

Magna Canvas does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within 24 hours after receiving the returned merchandise.

To initiate a return,please contact us here with your order number and we will let you know where to send the merchandise. We have a return address in the USA and in Europe.

We do not accept commissions at this moment.

By working with local printers we not only support local merchants, but we also greatly reduce our carbon footprint (67%).

And we plant 20 trees for each artwork you buy, so you are doing our planet a favour by buying one of our beautiful artworks.

We have multiple production facilities spread out over the Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe and Canada. Because of ecological reasons, your order will be produced by the facility closest to you.

Local production at the facility closest to you not only means that your artworks arrive on your doorstep faster, but also cuts shipping distances by an average of 3445 km per order – the equivalent of the distance between London and Cairo.
