How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are capped at $14.95, and are free for all orders over $100.
Where do you ship?
We ship to various countries around the world, including New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada & USA. If you cannot see your country in our list, please let us know and we will do our best to see if we can ship our artwork to your part of the world.
How long does standard delivery take?
From the time you click the order button, it usually takes between 5-10 business days (not including weekends) to get your goods. However, there are several factors that can affect this time frame, such as your location, the shipping method used, and current supplies. We cannot guarantee that it will take exactly 5-10 days. These time frames are just an estimate.
Do you guarantee your shipping times?
No, we are not able to offer a 100% guarantee as we utilize a third party courier service to deliver your order. Delays do and do happen, and there are many factors that can influence a delivery time frame, including courier staffing issues, shipping volume, the weather and holidays being just a few examples. We do not offer shipping refunds if a delivery is late.
What happens if I am not home when my item is delivered?
All our couriers have "Authority to Leave", which means they can leave their deliveries in a safe place. If they do not think it is safe to leave an item, they will leave a calling card, and usually ask the customer to call them directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within 7 days and receive a full refund for the price of the product (even if you change your mind) (Shipping not included).
Depending on the size of the product we do reserve the right to charge a one time restocking fee.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
